Each round within the tournament has an allotted time in which both players must ensure that their match is to be played, if connectivity issues occured with either player, they must fix it before the allotted time expires to avoid being disqualified
Start the update, contact one of our tournament officials through the Discord channel published on the website and inform them of the situation immediately.
If your opponent does not show up within 10 minutes of the game start, you can report a "no-show" on the tournament page along with a clear screenshot proof.
After the match has been played, the winner must submit a post-match result by clicking on "Report Score" in the platform and providing a ''clear'' screenshot proof which showcases the match result for validation. This must be done within 10 minutes of a win. (Please Note: Any unproper screenshot may lead to disqualification)
